Not every time, as long as a waiver has been signed for each individual bouncing within the last year as our waivers last for a year. Anyone over 18 requires their own waiver, anyone under 18 require a responsible adult to sign a waiver for them.
It is advisable to book online as this secures your slot, it also makes the visit cheaper for you. However, if you prefer you can pay at reception but do risk the session been fully booked.
Yes, we have a large FREE car park for customers to use on site.
We have lockers here for you to use to keep your belongings safe so things such as mobiles, watches and items of clothing don’t get lost out on the arena. No money is required to use these, they work on a code of your choice.
Unfortunately, the trampolines have 6 steps leading up to them and the café is on a Mezzanine floor, however the staff are happy to serve you coffee and food on a downstairs table if you require any. 2 of our party rooms have Disabled access if you require this, please call reception and they will guide you as to availability.
The Best thing to wear would be sports attire, something loose and comfortable. Jeans wouldn’t be advisable as you will get very warm while bouncing.
We advise all bouncers to leave jewellery, watches and phones in a locker safe to avoid you losing them in a foam pit or on a trampoline.
You sign in your waiver that you have seen the safety video, you will be asked at reception to wave at the camera if you have seen the video. Safety is our number 1 priority, we need to make sure you're aware of the rules of the park. The video can still be watched in house if you would like a recap of the rules. You may be asked to rewatch if you haven't visited us in a while.
You cannot bounce if you're pregnant.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition that would affect your safety while jumping, we advise you to speak to a medical professional to ask their advice prior to booking.
If you have a medical condition, you think we should be aware of i.e., Epilepsy, please inform a member of staff upon arrival so we are aware.
If you have a cast on you are not permitted to jump.
